Extremely sensitive and tender breast is one of the first signs of pregnancy, I think, is not it? Mine Hurt So Bad! The last two days, only one member, but I woke up this morning that a lot of damage so bad! And I felt that I was always sick! Not so bad with a bra, but every time my daughter and she even brushes against them, I just want to complain! Is there anything I can do to mitigate some of the pain? Never hurts me when I was pregnant with my first child, so do not know what to do.

You might think I'm crazy, but ..... Cabbage; I had a cabbage in the fridge at all times. When I got my breasts hurt two leaves and put them in my bra to my chest. They are the tools you need and help freshness! Replace it when it's cold. You can place the leaves used in the refrigerator to cool to eat for the next time, forget about! Lol I also hope it for you!
I wear a bra for sport. I celebrated my b / c it they feel a little better (so yes, I walk around the house with them) at work, just keep my body down (less movement, the better).
